Directions

  1. Preheat broiler. Grease a broiling pan.
  2. Combine all ingredients except fish in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Arrange fillets in a single layer on prepared pan. Broil a few inches from heat for 3 minutes, turn and broil for 2 minutes more. Spread on topping and broil 2 minutes longer or until topping is browned and fish flakes easily with a fork. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
