Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 5 garlic cloves (2 crushed, 3 sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (I used Enova)
  • 8 ounces collard greens
  • 4 ounces frozen corn
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (or to taste)

Directions

  1. Heat oil. Add garlic, gently saute.
  2. Place fillets in pan. Heap collards and corn on top. Add hot sauce. turn once, after about five minutes.
