  • For dressing, in small bowl, combine sour cream and salsa and set aside.
  • In medium skillet, prepare ground beef according to taco seasoning envelope directions.
  • Layer lettuce, beef mixture, refried beans, green chilies, tomato, onion, cheese, and dressing in heated taco salad shells.
