  • In small heavy saucepan, heat chocolate chips and butter, stirring until smooth.
  • Spread over bottom of baked crust.
  • Chill.
  • In next small saucepan, cook and stir caramels and cream until smooth.
  • Add peanuts; spoon into crust.
  • In medium saucepan, combine milk, chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  • Cook and stir on low until smooth.
  • Remove from heat; add vanilla.
  • Set aside to cool.
  • Beat the 1 cup cream to soft peaks.
  • Fold into the cooled chocolate mixture.
  • Spoon into crust.
  • Chill until set.
  • When serving, melt the 3 caramels with the cream and butter.
  • Let cool slightly.
  • Top each serving with caramel mixture, whipped cream and a few chocolate chips.

  1. Rich and yummy good! You definately need a deep dish for this one! I used chopped pecans instead of the peanuts, as I like them better. Winner of a recipe here folks!

  3. too rich and sweet for me.. i didnt think i'd ever say that about anything. Too much like a candy bar, i couldnt eat more than one bite (although the one bite did taste good)

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
