  • 1.Gisa or brown your onion and garlic.
  • 2.Add in the ground beef, cook until brown.
  • 3.Pour in coconut milk, tomatoes, green peppers and lemon juice and bring to a boil.
  • 4.Serve with hot white rice and enjoy.

  1. Fresh lemon juice is great, but I feared not enough flavor so I also added fresh minced ginger. It helped, I think, but still not quite the flavor profile I had hoped for.
     
  2. This can be made without the peppers and cherry tomatoes, but they certainly make it more colourful!
