  2. cut shortening into dry ingredients until flour is pea size.
  3. mix egg and keifer/milk.
  4. add egg to flour mixture.
  5. stir until moist- knead on flour board 10 times- roll to 1/2 inch- use your favorite biscuit cutter.
  6. bake in 450 oven for 10-12 minutes.
