Tipsy Bananas With Chocolate

“A basic recipe which includes RCS#15 ingredients only (almost, but the vanilla ice cream could be optional). It is easy and quick to make and i have not yet met anyone who did not love this special treat. It works great during the inter season but i think it must be good as a desert at a bbq night too.”

  1. Turn you oven to 430°F (220°C).
  2. Cut into each banana from side to side without cutting all the way thru.
  3. Fill each banana with 1/4 cup of chocolate chips, stuff them as well as you.
