We double the recipe and use three eggs, as that seems to hold things together a little better. We put a bit of the teriyaki on both sides of the bun, and then pour it over the top of the patty as well.”

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 (6 ounce) canssolid tuna in water, drained
  • 12 bunch green onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons wasabi mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 cup soy flaxseed tortilla chips, crushed
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • teriyaki sauce, Soy Vay Island Teriyaki brand
  • hamburger bun

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients but teriyaki and buns. Shape into patties and grill until "nicely" browned on both sides.
  2. Serve on buns with teriyaki.
