- 1 1⁄2 onions, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 2 lbs extra wide egg noodles, cooked
- 1 (16 ounce) can corn
- 1 (8 ounce) container mushrooms, sliced
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup (1 can water too)
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup (1 can water too)
- 16 ounces pre-shredded mozzarella cheese
- 16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 5 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 lbs turkey, left overs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs
directions
- sautee onions, garlic, celery in butter in a huge pan.
- add turkey and continue to sautee.
- add soups and water and corn.
- In a large turkey tin or 3 casserol dishes mix the cooked egg noodles, the sauteed stuff.
- Then mix in the cheeses keep some in side to sprinkle on top.
- Then sprinkle it on top and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 425 and the breadcrumbs will be lightly brown and the cheeses will be melted!
