  • 1 12 onions, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 2 lbs extra wide egg noodles, cooked
  • 1 (16 ounce) can corn
  • 1 (8 ounce) container mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup (1 can water too)
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup (1 can water too)
  • 16 ounces pre-shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 lbs turkey, left overs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 12 cup breadcrumbs

directions

  • sautee onions, garlic, celery in butter in a huge pan.
  • add turkey and continue to sautee.
  • add soups and water and corn.
  • In a large turkey tin or 3 casserol dishes mix the cooked egg noodles, the sauteed stuff.
  • Then mix in the cheeses keep some in side to sprinkle on top.
  • Then sprinkle it on top and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 425 and the breadcrumbs will be lightly brown and the cheeses will be melted!
