Toasted Bagel Topped With Fresh Strawberries, Kiwi and Bananas

"Here's a quick and healthy breakfast to go idea. Also nice for an afternoon snack. If you wanted to you could also sprinkle some granola on top. I like to use honey wheat bagels but plain is good too."

  1. Very good, very light breakfast! I used mini bagles that I toasted in the oven and slice the fruit up and then DH just stacked ours as we pleased trying different combinations. My favorite was strawberry kiwi and his was strawberry banana! Thanks for posting! Made for PAC Spring 2010!
