ingredients

3 English muffins, split and toasted
¹⁄₂ lb cheddar cheese, cut into 6 slices
6 slices tomatoes, 1/2 inch thick
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

directions

Place each muffin half, cut side up, on a baking sheet.
Top each with a cheese slice, tomato slice and crumbled bacon.
Bake muffins at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until cheese melts.
