"Got this recipe off a local shop. I usually use stranded coconut. Can use other dried fruits and add more nuts. Half sugar and honey for a 'healthier' version"

  • Gently heat honey, oil and sugar.
  • Preheat oven to 150°C.
  • Combine all ingredients except raisins and roast in oven for 30-40 minutes.
  • Cool and add raisins.
