Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place orzo on a parchment paper lined sheet pan.
  3. Bake for 8 minutes or until slightly browned.
  4. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  5. Add orzo and cook for 8 minutes or until tender.
  6. Drain well.
  7. Season orzo with salt and pepper to taste & stir in chives, oil & lemon zest.
  8. Enjoy.
