  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake pecans in a single layer in a shallow pan 8-10 minutes or until toasted and fragrant. Let cool 20 minutes.
  • Process pecans and remaining ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

  1. Love this recipe! I did make a small modification and added about a tablespoon of lemon juice just to add some brightness. We love the nuttiness of the toasted pecans in this pesto - if you are a pecan fan you will love it too!

I used to work as a pediatric speech language pathologist and that is when my husband coined my "name" but after the second baby I came home to stay- at least until they all get to school.
