Toasted Spam Sandwiches

"This is an easy-to-fix sandwich spread using Spam and Velveeta Cheese. My recipe does not call for onions, but some people do like to add chopped onion. I like to use bread instead of buns, because I prefer equal amounts of bread/spread. Use the buns for a bigger sandwich."

Tweaks

  1. I use hamburger buns cut in half...so open faced. Single package of spam, single package of Velveeta (individual servings) and a handful of diced onions. Throw into a food processor until smooth. Spread on bun halves. Put in oven under broiler on low. When browned on top, they're done. Yum Yum.
