Toasty Chocolate (Or Caramel or Butterscotch) and Banana Wrap

"This is a yummy looking recipe from Betty Crocker... Tasty and ingredients I almost always have on hand! Delicious served with ice cream. You can use 8 or 10 inch tortillas....butter or margarine... and you get to choose your ice cream topping! Chocolate, caramel, or butterscotch. Enjoy!"

  • Heat oven to 450 degrees and grease a cookie sheet.
  • Peel bananas and cut lengthwise in half; brush with lemon juice. Place 1 banana half on each tortilla.
  • Mix sugar and cinnamon, reserving 1 tablespoon. Sprinkle the bananas with the mixture.
  • Roll each tortilla around the banana and place seam side down on the cookie sheet.
  • Brush with margarine or butter. Sprinkle the top with the reserved sugar and cinnamon.
  • Bake 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. Place on dessert plates and drizzle with ice cream topping of your choice.
