- 200 g tofu
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cumin seed
- 2 green chilies
- 1 small onion
- 1⁄4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 medium tomatoes
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
directions
- Chop onions, tomatoes, chillies finely.
- Heat oil , add cumin, onion, ginger-garlic paste and stir till onions turn brown.
- Add chillies and tomatoes and fry till soft.
- Add the spices and little water.
- Add tofu, fry for few minutes till it blends into the masala.
