  • Chop onions, tomatoes, chillies finely.
  • Heat oil , add cumin, onion, ginger-garlic paste and stir till onions turn brown.
  • Add chillies and tomatoes and fry till soft.
  • Add the spices and little water.
  • Add tofu, fry for few minutes till it blends into the masala.
