- 2 ounces firm tofu
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (Cholula)
- 1 garlic clove (chopped)
directions
- Press water out of tofu between paper towels. Cut into cubes.
- Puree all ingredients together in a food processor.
