Ingredients: 2 lbs tomatillos, husked,cored,and chopped; 1 cup chopped onion; 1 cup chopped green jalapeno pepper; 4 cloves garlic, minced; 2 tablespoons cilantro, minced; 2 teaspoons ground cumin; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1/2 teaspoon red pepper; 1 cup vinegar (5% acidity); 4 tablespoons lime juice

This is a great flvored Salsa not too hot but still has a bite. I cut the recipe in half and it was just fine, Served it with a Tortilla Chicken Pie, complimented it nicely and had a Jicama salad as a side dish. This salsa would go with with many cusines not just Mexican Thanks Normaone
