  1. Clean the tomatoes and cut them in wedges. Place in bowl.
  2. Peel cucumbers and cut them in thin slices. Add to bowl.
  3. Add olive oil, oregano and salt (all to taste). Sprinkle vinegar over the salad, taste and add more vinegar if needed. Serve.
