- 14 ounces chopped tomatoes with garlic
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- black pepper
- 5 ounces feta
directions
- Tip the tomatoes, oregano, sugar and pepper into a saucepan.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, crumble in the feta and toss with cooked pasta.

i made a greek salad the other day and didn't know what to do with the extra feta. thanks for putting this recipe up, it made my lunch super easy and tasty today! basically this was my first time trying feta and i have to say it's one of the best cheeses i've tried :) just a note: make sure you don't leave the sauce over the fire alone for the whole five minutes, stir occasionally so the juice doesn't burn!
