Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 onion
  • 2 (400 g) canschopped tomatoes with chili
  • 500 g passata
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 100 g arborio risotto rice

Directions

  1. Cook onion in oil.
  2. Add tomatoes, sugar and 500ml water and bring to the boil.
  3. Sprinkle in the rice and stir.
  4. Season and simmer, partially covered for 15-20 minutes or until rice is cooked and tender, stirring occasionally.
