Tomato Basil

"This is a quick and easy meal or snack that my family and I have at home all the time. Sometimes we substitute the normal baguette for garlic bread. depending on how much you want will tell how much to use. put as much of whatever as you want!"

  • Slice the mozzarella logs into 1/2 inches or so slices and the big tomatoes about he same and the baguette a bit bigger.Cut the bigger tomato slices in half.
  • *optional drizzle olive oil and balsamic on the bottom of the plate.
  • put the bread down on the plate then the sliced tomato and mozzarella and basil on top of the bread.
  • shake on some salt and pepper then pour over olive oil and balsomic vinagar.

  1. Yummmm is about the best thing to say for this simple, but elegant recipe! In the summer, there is nothing better than tomato, mozzarella and fresh basil together. Like the idea of on the bread, but just on a plate, eating it ... think I'm going to have to add these items to my grocery list this weekend.

I love coking. Friends and family say I make the best salmon they've tasted. And I make it all by scratch, and the recipe, all created by me! I get very happy and proud when I hear their complements. I can also bake, stir-fry, fry, and just heat up. I can't deep-fry or anything complicated like that. Plus mom and dad wouldn't like that, with all the boiling oil.
