Yummmm is about the best thing to say for this simple, but elegant recipe! In the summer, there is nothing better than tomato, mozzarella and fresh basil together. Like the idea of on the bread, but just on a plate, eating it ... think I'm going to have to add these items to my grocery list this weekend.

I love coking. Friends and family say I make the best salmon they've tasted. And I make it all by scratch, and the recipe, all created by me! I get very happy and proud when I hear their complements. I can also bake, stir-fry, fry, and just heat up. I can't deep-fry or anything complicated like that. Plus mom and dad wouldn't like that, with all the boiling oil.
