  • Combine Tomatoes, Broth, and Tomato Juice in a pot and cook on medium high heat for 30 minutes.
  • Add the Butter, Cream, and Basil Leaves. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
  • Use an Immersion Blender to get the soup to the consistency that you desire. If you do not have an Immersion Blender, you can use a regular blender and blend the soup in batches.
  • Once soup is blended fix a yummy bowl for yourself! I like to add a little provolone cheese and croutons to my soup, but it is just delicious by itself! Enjoy!
