ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup corn oil
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon basil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate in an airtight container.

Lovely flavor! Very refreshing tossed with romaine, radishes and parsley. I keep tablespoons of tomato paste in my freezer so this will be a dressing that will go together quickly. My brand of tomato paste used was quite acidic so I added just a pinch of sugar to counter that - but would only do so in that case. Will make again and again. Thanks P_D.
