  • Sprinkle the Swiss cheese over the bottom of the pie shell.
  • Layer the tomatoes and over cheese.
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, basil, and garlic powder.
  • Beat the eggs and milk together, and pour over the tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle wi th the Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in a 350F oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
