"This recipe gives salmon an Italian flavor. This is great with chicken as well. You can also substitute roasted red pepper dressing for sun dried tomato. Serve it with a green salad for a great meal any time of year. Recipe Source: Simple and Delicious"

  1. I saw this recipe on the TOH website, and then saw you had already posted it here. This was very good, the easy topping was very flavorful and tasted like it was a lot more complicated to make. I could see this topping also being used for chicken pieces or pizza bread. It had almost a pizza-like Italian taste that complemented the salmon well. For the sun-dried tomato dressing, I used Organicville Sun Dried Tomato & Garlic Organic Vinaigrette, that I just happened to have in my refrigerator.
