Made this for lunch for DH, DH's dad and myself. The only thing I did differently was to add a piece of cod I had in the freezer and to make half a batch. Served with some garlic bread. Next time I might sautee up some fennel with the onions and garlic for more flavor or add some fennel seed. Made for SPRING PAC 2010.

I am a single mom, with a great bf of many years. I didn't start cooking until I was divorced, and hey, who knew, I could actually cook. I am an RN in the recovery room of our local hospital. I love to spend time with my family, cook, read, cook, read, hike, bike, swim and cross-stitch.
