Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in pot. (I put the stewed tomatoes through a food processor first as we don't like the chunks).
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce to a simmer and simmer 60 minutes.
  4. Add baking soda.
  5. Wait for fizz to go down.
  6. Add whipping cream.
  7. Wait until soup is desired temperature.
  8. Serve (with grilled cheese of course).
  9. Enjoy!
