  • Place soup and baking soda in large bowl; mix together.
  • Stir beaten egg and melted butter into the soup.
  • Sift remaining ingredients together three times.
  • Add to the soup mixture and beat until smooth.
  • In a cake pan, bake in a moderate oven 375 degrees about 35 minutes or until done.
  • Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting (see recipe) if you wish.
