- grind carrots celery and onion
- cook together with a little water about 10 minutes
- skin tomatoes.
- add pulp to vegatable recipe
- cook 10 minutes
- add sugar and salt
- add flour to water stir in
- cook 10 minutes or until thick
- seal hot 12 pints cook 10 pressure 45 minutes
- i would check the ball book because i think you need to pressure cook these for safety sake.
