- 225 g tomato puree
- 275 ml milk
- 275 ml cream (single)
- salt and pepper
- sugar
directions
- Put the tomato puree in a saucepan and start to heat over a medium heat.
- Gradually add milk, stirring all the time.
- Bring to the boil then reduce heat.
- Stir in the cream.
- Season with the salt and pepper and sugar to taste.
