  1. Had to give this 5 stars since I have made it about 3 times in as many days! Used olive oil instead of veg. oil and lessened the sugar to about 2 tsp. since my homegrown tomatoes are pretty sweet already. Can't wait to make it again tomorrow! Thanks for sharing!

  2. Excellent! Definite winner, simple & easy. Subbed olive oil. The vinaigrette goes much further than 2 tomatoes, but the extra saved well in the fridge overnight until I could pick more tomatoes.

  3. Delicious! I actually had this for breakfast this morning. I used olive oil and roma tomatoes. Thanks!

  4. Very easy. Served over a bed of greens. This dressing is really good for those store bought tomatoes. I would never add sugar to home grown garden fresh tomatoes. Where it works with the store bought ones. I did use olive oil and my Flavored Seasoned Salt Recipe #8217 .

  5. This is just a real simple and delightful salad, I just used olive oil in place of veggie oil. Thanks LHM!..Kitten:)
