ingredients
- 5 cups oats
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 1⁄2 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
- 1⁄2 cup oil, vegetable or 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup honey or 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar (optional)
- 1 -3 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- 1⁄2 cup dried fruit
- 1⁄4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
directions
- Preheat oven to 350*.
- Stir dry and wet ingredients until evenly moistened -- all ingredients except for dried fruit and chocolate chips.
- Pour mixture into pyrex.
- Bake for 10 minutes, stir.
- Bake another 15 minutes, or until golden.
- Mix in dried fruit and chocolate chips.
