Reviews

  1. Just wanted to let you know that your not alone. I'm battling this terrible addiction too, to no avail. I've found that the noodles taste better if you add the seasoning packet at the beginning, before boiling. Be strong, keep your chin up. There's more of us closet addicts than people know.

  2. You are an Evil Ramen Genius! This is so good! The Ramen takes on the flavor of the eggs. Also worked with corn tortillas.

  3. OMG that's so gross! lol Those slimy noodles in a tortilla! Starch on starch!

  4. This is good. Like so bad for you it's good. Could only handle a few bites though. Added some green onion for something "healthy" :)

Tweaks

  1. I believe steps 2 & 3 should be reversed!

  2. Better to use only 1 cup water and cook on low w/lid for 3 minutes, then add 1/2 seasoning packet, stir and then add the egg. Cook for 1 more minute and then let sit for 2-3 minutes. I've been makin' ramen w/1 cup of water & 1/2 packet for YEARS, you get a chow mien noodle like dish.
