Ingredients Nutrition

  • 30 cheese tortellini, prepared according to package directions
  • 14 cup pesto sauce
  • 5 sun-dried tomatoes, oil-packed
  • 10 medium-length wooden skewers

Directions

  1. Combine tortellini with pesto sauce and mix well.
  2. Cut each tomato into 4 strips.
  3. Place one tortellini onto a skewer, followed by a piece of sundried tomato. (I found it most effective to hook each piece of sundried tomato to the skewer twice).
  4. Add another tortellini and tomato piece, ending with a third tortellini.
  5. Chill until ready to serve.
