- 1 lb buitoni refrigerated three cheese tortellini
- 1⁄2 cup buitoni refrigerated pesto sauce
- 1⁄4 cup sun-dried tomato, drained and chopped
- 1⁄2 bunch basil, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
directions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions.
- Drain and toss with pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, chopped basil and cheese.
- Serve hot or at room temperature.

Kcdelong,loved this dish! Made some adjustments as my family loves a lot of sauce. Doubled the pesto, tomatoes, and cheese and left out the basil (just didn't have any fresh)...even used the low-fat pesto sauce -- and it was STILL delicious! Had a little extra sauce (since doubled) which I'll spread on bread and oven toast for an appetizer tonite. Great recipe - thanks for sharing!
