  1. The oven must be at a low degree.
  2. Cut tortillas into several chips sized wedges and assert the wedges in a layer on a cooking sheet.
  3. In a blender, whisk the oil with lemon juice. Mix well and spray the wedges until lightly damp.
  4. In a small bowl combine the chili powder, cumin, and salt on the chips.
  5. Bake for about ten minutes. Revolve the pan and continue baking for another ten minutes. Be careful that the chip does not become too brown.
  6. Serve with garnishes or salsas.
