  1. This was fabulous! I would add some tabasco sauce though because it wasn't quite spicy enough for my tastes. The cream cheese really mellows out the spice. Very yummy! The kids in my house were licking the bowl.

  2. This is awesome! I just microwaved it. It was so easy. Love it!

  3. DH demolished this while watching the football game. He kept saying Umm this is good! I put a dollop of sour cream on the top and also added a dash of tabasco just to kick it up a little. Great easy recipe! Thanks for sharing. :)

  4. This was a snap to prepare and enjoyed by everyone. Next time I will try adding a little bit of salsa to the chilly to make it a little more spicy.

  5. This is one of the easiest tortilla dips you will ever make. I've made this four or five times and my family really enjoys it. It is super kid-friendly because it is a little milder than a lot of dips. I would suggest if you like a little more spice to add some red chili flakes to the chili or add some chopped jalapenos before adding the cheese. Great recipe!

I made this account back in 2001, when the site was called "Recipezaar". A lot has changed in my life since then. My kids are all grown and I try to eat a low-carb lifestyle now. Some of my older recipes were handed down from my grandmother. I hope you all enjoy them as much as I have. Current recipes that I post will mostly be low carb or keto.
