  1. sprinkle ceyenne pepper on chicken breast and sautee in frying pan and set aside.
  2. In a medium sauce pan melt butter over a medium heat.
  3. Add bell pepper, onion and cumin and cook for 3 or 4 minutes or until tender.
  4. Stir in broth, salsa and corn.
  5. Shred and add chicken.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. reduce heat and simer 20 minutes.
  8. Heat skillet to medium and add oil. Add tortilla strips and cook until browned and crisp.
  9. serve and top with tortilla strips, cheese and sour cream.
