- Brown sausages and set aside.
- Bake bacon and set aside.
- Put bacon grease in pot and brown onions in it until almost clear, about 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
- Add chicken base, water and potatoes. Simmer 15 minutes.
- Add bacon, sausage, kale and evaporated milk. Simmer 4 minutes and serve.
