ingredients
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ancho chile powder
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 lb steak, of your choice
directions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Spinkle on the Steak before grilling, coating the Steak well and rubbing mixture in well.
- Grill steak and enjoy.
- The Steak may be coated with this ahead of time, sealed and sit back in refrigerator until cooking.
