“These are a delicious lunchtime treat for both kids and adults! The treasure comes when you bite in, and find the melted gooey cheese centre! My son is just learning how to cook, and this is a simple recipe he is able to make pretty much on his own! You can use beef or pork if you prefer. you can make these ahead if you like..just cover them with cling wrap, pop them in the fridge, then cook them as you need them. Serve them with sweet chilli, plum, or tomato sauce. From the January 2009 issue of "recipes +" magazine.”
