Directions

  1. Saute onion and bell pepper in 1/4 cup oil.
  2. Add crawfish coook for 20minutes on medium heat.
  3. Cook fettucini according to directionson package and set aside.
  4. Melt 2 sticks margarine.
  5. Add half and half, cheese, parsley and mix well.
  6. Add drained fettucini and crawfish mixture to half and half mixture.
  7. Should be really creamy.
  8. May use more half and half, if needed.
