- 3 large eggs, seperated
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 12 ounces Cool Whip Topping
- 2 prepared graham cracker crusts
directions
- Beat 3 egg whites in glass bowl til stiff peaks form, set aside.
- beat 3 egg yolks well.
- add 1 cup sugar mix well.
- beat in softened cream cheese till well blended.
- Add cool whip and mix till well blended.
- gently fold egg whites into mixture.
- Pour in crust and wrapped with plastic film.
- Freeze 6 to 8 hours.
- serve immediately-freeze unused portions.

I have been married for 32 years and I have 2 sons. We built our own log home 4 years ago which was my lifetime dream. It was hard work but well worth it. I have a koi pond and I feed most all the birds in this rural town of 1100.Not much to do here but I enjoy being outdoors and babying my weiner dog lily. I work in the kitchen of the local nurseing home. I like camping in the summer.
