1 ounce brandy, preferably Calvados
¹⁄₄ - ³⁄₄ ounce Grand Marnier
1 cup hot coffee
1 ounce whipping cream, lightly whipped
1 teaspoon sugar

directions

In a heat resistant glass add the liquors and microwave until heated thru.
Pour in the hot coffee and stir well. Top with the cream and sprinkle sugar on top. Serve immediately.

This was a great coffee drink. I thought, with a full ounce of brandy, that it might be a bit too "boozy". But that wasn't the case at all, it was just the perfect amount. Thanks, Lauralie41. Made for Culinary Quest 2017 (Wales).

Loved this coffee! In addition to the great combo of Grand Marnier and Brandy, I loved the crunchy sugar on top of the whipped cream. I used raw sugar instead of regular. Yum!!!
