  1. This was a refreshing, delicious drink--a perfect non-alcoholic cocktail. Ideal for a Arizona summer happy hour on the patio. I think the key to the drink is the lemon sorbet--it gives the berries a zing and reminded me of popsicles. Delicious and easy!

  2. Thanks for sharing this refreshing treat wicked. I enjoyed it very much. I had to use a rainbow sorbet, because I couldn't find lemon sorbet anywhere. I will make my own next time, I plan on this tasty drink. The rainbow sorbet worked great with the berries. Thanks for sharing a treat that I will make again.

  3. Used all the ingredients for this drink, but put it together a little differently ~ I let the sorbet sit out until it was just starting to melt, then blended that & 3/4 cup of the sparkling water together, before adding the berries & honey. Once that was well-mixed (& thick) I divided the berry mixture between just 2 tall glasses, before carefully dividing the rest of the sparkling water & stirring just enough to mix! This very nice combo of flavors gives a VERY, VERY SATISFYING DRINK! [Tagged, made & reviewed in Newest Zaar Tag]
