  • 14 cup coconut flour
  • 14 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 14 teaspoon sea salt
  • 14 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 large eggs
  • 12 cup agave nectar
  • 14 cup dark chocolate chips (73% cacao)
  • 14 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 cup white chocolate chips

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line 8 muffin cups with liners.
  • In large bowl, combine coconut flour, cocoa powder, salt and soda.
  • In medium bowl, whisk eggs with agave nectar.
  • Blend wet ingredients into coconut flour mixture using a hand mixer until it's thoroughly combined, then fold in all of the chocolate chips.
  • Scoop 1/4 cup of batter into each prepared muffin cup.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes.
  • Let cupcakes cool in pan 1 hour before removing.
