I used 4 cups of sugar, with a half cup of butter and the milk. I melted the chocolate with another half cup of butter and the marshmallows in the microwave and then added that to the milk mixture and stirred it in. I added the vanilla and nuts. I put half chocolate in a 9x13 pan lined with parchment paper, added the Carmel on top and then added the rest of the chocolate.

It is hard to actually rate this recipe. The fudge eventually tasted very good. The hard part was getting there. There were problems with the actual recipe. Luckily enough I was able to tweek it a bit to make it work. First off I could not melt the marshmallows and chocolate with the unit turned off. I would suggest dividing the butter and melt half of it with the marshmallows and chocolate. Then combining that with the already boiled sugar/ milk mix. That way it is not like siring a cement mixer. Also I used milk instead of water with the caramels. The caramels have to have some sort of fat to bind to and with water it would only separate.
