ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 1⁄2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1⁄2 cups flaked coconut
- 1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1⁄2 cup creamy peanut butter
directions
- Preheat ove to 350F or 325F for glass dish.
- In 9x13-inch pan, melt butter in oven. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over butter; mix together and press into pan.
- Top evenly with coconut, then Eagle Brand.
- Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt chips with peanut butter. Spread evenly over hot coconut layer. Cool 30 minutes.
- Chill. Cut into bars.
- Store loosely covered, at room temperature.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
