  • Preheat ove to 350F or 325F for glass dish.
  • In 9x13-inch pan, melt butter in oven. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over butter; mix together and press into pan.
  • Top evenly with coconut, then Eagle Brand.
  • Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt chips with peanut butter. Spread evenly over hot coconut layer. Cool 30 minutes.
  • Chill. Cut into bars.
  • Store loosely covered, at room temperature.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
